If you haven’t heard of Cottagecore, I don’t blame you. It fashion inspired by the regency era which has recently become more popular with shows like Bridgerton and their amazing costumes. It is also a way of dressing that is feminine, whimsical, with a touch of old lady thrown in for good measure. When I saw this dress from Parterre, it fit the cottagecore vibe perfectly.

I love this dress because it is SO COMFORTABLE! It is a nightgown inspired dress with a tie waist and puff sleeves. You can wear it unbelted if you want a more loose, flowy fit, or you could add the tie belt like I did. I would size down since it is a generous cut and is meant to be a bit oversized (I’m wearing a size 2 for reference).
